It took years and many rabbit holes before we realized that it was genetic, life long and just the way my body is. I get it from my mum and her mum and so on and I have learned ways to deal with it and support other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I love helping and found that small things can help.
