My Story…
When I was 15, I started having symptoms of Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Pain. It took years and many rabbit holes before we realized that it was genetic, life long and just the way my body is. I get it from my mum and her mum and so on and I have learned ways to deal with it and support other.
I love helping and found that small things can help. This website has products that are usaully in big packaging and I will make them into small packs so you dont have to cart around more than you need to.
